As part of the wholesale product offer, TEAM Companies Midwest locations allow us to offer low utility prices that reflect only the amount of energy used by your company. Tenants are responsible for payment of the electric utility associated with the critical IT load, which is metered at the UPS, plus an up-charge (“cooling charge”) determined by the PUE.
