Our data center security staff is highly protective of your data. It’s our job to keep both eyes on your data at all times, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All of our data center locations feature state-of-the-art security and surveillance systems, including:
- Advanced access control, alarm monitoring, digital video and intrusion detection
- Hardened exterior entrances with bullet-resistant glass and walls
- Secured cabinets, cages and suites
- Single entry points with security personnel present to verify identification
- Available access logs
- Proven staff, vendor and guest access procedures
Our Facilities Management team is responsible for delivering the power, cooling and overall world class facilities to our customers. We offer industry leading Service Level Agreements (SLA). Services that our Facilities Management group provides include:
- Branch Power design, installation and maintenance
- Power monitoring and reporting
- Loading dock access and assistance
- Helping Hands (reboots, tape rotation, server maintenance)
- Cabinet and Cage design and installation
- Structured cabling
- Cross Connect installation
It’s also our responsibility to monitor equipment as it’s being staged for production or prepared for decommissioning. We work with your staff and vendors to coordinate equipment shipments. Our security staff will also make sure everything is safely stored until you are ready for deployment or disposal. There is no substitute for organized surveillance.
Nothing Lost: Monitoring
Our expert data center engineers and NOC staff are also very protective of your data. It’s their job to monitor and maintain critical network connections, as well as electrical, environmental and fire protection systems keeping each one running optimally.
On-site operations support comes from a dedicated group of senior engineers with specialties in security, network/systems management, facilities management and disaster recovery. This highly skilled staff offers a range of services, starting at basic support and systems administration through complex problem management and resolution. With this level of attention, nothing can be lost or slip through the cracks.
