Phil LaForge – Chief Operating Officer, TDS Hosted and Managed Services LLC
Phil LaForge joined TDS Hosted and Managed Services division as the Chief Operating Officer in June of 2011. Phil comes to us with an extensive background in the managed services industry. Prior to joining TDS, he was vice president and general manager-service providers at Nimsoft (Part of CA Technologies) in Campbell, California. Prior to that he enjoyed a long tenure with CDW/Berbee in Madison, Wisconsin, and is returning to familiar roots, having served at vice president of sales and COO at TEAM Companies in Cedar Falls, Iowa – now a TDS Subsidiary. Phil holds a BA in History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Finance from Florida State University.
Clint Harder – Vice President of Product Strategy, TDS Hosted and Managed Services, LLC
Clint Harder joined TDS Hosted and Managed Services division as the Vice President of Product Strategy in June of 2011. Prior to joining TDS, Clint served as a consultant for the Corvid Group. Clint has provided guidance to TDS Telecom and other companies on managed services best practices. He has helped clients focus on long-term direction, short-term execution and alignment of business lines. Prior to serving as a consultant, Clint was Sales and Development Manager at CDW/Berbee in Madison, Wisconsin for nine years where he was primarily responsible for the strategy and product development of CDW/Berbee’s hosting and managed services business unit. Clint holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of California-Berkley.
Karla Myers – Director – Business Analysis, TDS Hosted and Managed Services, LLC
Since 2003, Karla has worked as Chief Financial Officer for TEAM Technologies where she helped shape TEAM’s profitable growth trajectory from start-up to $10MM Company. Karla is a seasoned accounting professional with 20 years in accounting including 15 years of experience in management. Karla has been a key contributor to TEAM’s success across all business functions including facilities, human resources, marketing and sales. Karla’s function as director will be to deliver actionable business analytics in real-time. She is a graduate in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and has an MBA from Drake University.
Terry Swanson – CEO of TEAM Technologies and VISI Incorporated
Terry joined TEAM/VISI in September of 2011. He has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology industry. Terry has held top-level management positions with IBM, 3Com, Cisco Systems, CDW, and prior to coming to TEAM/VISI was with Sirius Computer Solutions of San Antonio, Texas.
Terry has a proven track record of constructing high performance organizations capable of delivering profitable growth and high customer satisfaction to middle market customers. The addition of Terry to VISI/TEAM and to the TDS HMS leadership team will accelerate our path to hosted and managed services market leadership. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology.
Hank Koch – Director of Infrastructure Services, TEAM Technologies and VISI Incorporated
Hank Koch joined TEAM Technologies in August of 2009, and is responsible for the operations and delivery of all services in TEAM’s Data Centers, and for the Infrastructure and Facilities operations of VISI’s Data Centers. He was previously the Vice President of IT Infrastructure at Deluxe Corporation, a $2B provider of electronic and print financial services to business and consumers; and the Vice President and General Manager of Data Centers for Deluxe Data Systems, operating many of the largest electronic funds transfer (and ATM) networks in the United States and globally. Hank holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and Bachelors of Science Degrees in Math and Physics from the University of Wisconsin. He also completed studies in the IT Services Delivery summer program at Harvard University Business School.
